Friends Of Israel Create Support Israel 60 Birthday Anniversary Celebration Website

Jerusalem----April 2008 ….The Friends of Israel have created a Website to secure global support for Israel and to provide relief for her charities.
“The world is full of people who hate Israel for no reason other than it simply exists,” said Aharon Grundmen, a Friends of Israel spokesperson. “It makes no difference what Israel does, how many people that this small democracy helps and how Israel struggles to defend her historical land, Israel will always remain wrong by default and by ignorance by many. As such, the American Friends of Israel have created a Website where each and every citizen of the world can illustrate their love, understanding and respect for Israel as the Jewish nation celebrates her 60th birthday anniversary celebration.”
The support Israel 60 Birthday Website allows hundreds of thousands of supporters from around the world to post a personal Happy Birthday Card to Israel. In doing so, each supporter will have their name placed on the site.
“This Israel 60 birthday card will be heard worldwide, loud and clear saying ‘Israel, we're with you when you need us. United we stand’,” says Grundmen.
In honor of Israel 60th birthday anniversary, in addition to one’s name being viewed by millions world wide all supporters will automatically be entered to win an all-expense paid trip to Israel for two when joining Friends of Israel.
“This is a crucial junction in the history of Israel where the political demands on Israel become so insane that the only solution for which Israel needs right now is unconditional support,” says Grundmen. “We are to say that Israel is a democracy, that it is fundamentally good and morale. Thousands are out there, from the United Nations, European union, the World Bank to academic unions, journalists of the BBC, Iran, Syria and several Arab nations and Nazi backed organizations ready to point out the “mistakes” while we are here to illustrate that Israel is a good, morale nation. This kind of negative and destructive rhetoric gets to Israelis and makes them question their good and humanitarian behavior. As Israel is attacked every day from Gaza, the IDF, under sniper fire, makes sure that thousands of humanitarian aid trucks get in to help innocent Palestinians. Israel needs people, ordinary people to come along and just stand by it. To provide the love and support that it needs to face its many challenges. American Friends of Israel is reaching out to every American, every European and every Asian. We want people to stand up and be counted for their support of Israel while at the same time contributing to charities in Israel.
American Friends of Israel are afraid that members of the Israel government will start to believe all the propaganda against Israel. And as a result make more concessions to Arabs who only seek our total destruction. Israel left Gaza and now they want us to leave Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. Israelis are becoming their own worst enemy because they have started to doubt themselves. This is called destroying Israel from within.”
“Of equal concern, American Jewry is also starting to doubt themselves as well. One doesn’t hate Israel because of the occupation, which is the result of wars thrust against us, one doesn’t hate us because we came to Israel due to the Holocaust - the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem worked with Hitler! We did not come to our historic homeland, which was someone else’s. The real reason is just pure hate against the Jewish people.”
